Then, select the 'Changes or correction in existing PAN data/ Reprint of PAN card', then fill the application form, after you need to enter your PAN details, that you want to surrender, and pay the required amount of fees for the PAN card surrender, then print your Surrender PAN application form and send it to the Income Tax PAN services unit in Pune with all the documents.
