Steps to pay the PAN card fee online

  1. Visit the UTIITSL or Protean website.
  2. Choose Form 93 or 94 (Form 49A previously) and fill it out with all the essential details. 
  3. Submit the duly filled form and pay the online processing fee. 
  4. After processing, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt. 
  5. You need to e-sign your application by using Aadhaar OTP authentication. Alternatively, you can send your application with the documents to the Protean/UTIITSL office within 15 days of submitting your application online. 
  6. After Protean or UTIITSL verification, you will get the PAN card at your address within 15 working days.
