Cancellation Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2025

We aim to be fair and accommodating with cancellations and refunds, while maintaining our commitment to timely service delivery. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order if:

  • We have not begun processing your application.
  • Government fees have not yet been paid.

To request cancellation, email us at support@visament.com within 24 hours of order placement. Requests beyond this period may be declined.

. Refund Eligibility

Each service on our platform has specific pricing based on complexity, time sensitivity, and government involvement:

  • Visament’s Professional Fee: Refundable only if no processing or consultation has occurred.
  • Government Fees: Non-refundable once submitted to the issuing body.
  • Courier Fees: Refundable if no shipment has occurred.
  • Expedited Service Fee: Refundable only if the expedited option was not initiated.

Application Rejection

If your visa or document application is rejected:

  • Refunds are not issued unless the fault lies with an internal error made by Visament.
  • You may request a case review to assess refund eligibility.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via the original mode of payment.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.

Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund but were denied, you may escalate the issue by contacting our support team. We are committed to ensuring fair treatment in all cases.
