Cancellation Policy

At Visament.com, we strive to provide efficient visa, immigration, travel, and documentation assistance services. Customers may request cancellation of services subject to the following conditions:

1. Before Service Processing Begins

If a cancellation request is received before our team has initiated any work on the application or service request, the customer may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, and administrative fees.

2. After Service Processing Begins

Once our team has started reviewing documents, preparing applications, consulting with the customer, or initiating any service-related work, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Visament based on the stage of service completion.

3. Government Fees and Third-Party Charges

Any government fees, embassy fees, consulate fees, courier charges, attestation fees, translation fees, or other third-party charges paid on behalf of the customer are non-refundable once submitted or incurred.

4. Customer-Initiated Delays

  • Incomplete documentation provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer.
  • Failure to respond to requests within the required timeframe.
  • Changes in travel plans or personal circumstances.

5. Visa Approval or Rejection

Visament provides professional assistance and documentation support.
