While Visament primarily provides digital services, certain processes — particularly those involving government submissions, OCI cards, and passport renewals — require secure, physical handling of documents. We are committed to secure, traceable, and timely delivery of such documents through trusted courier partners.
Digital Delivery of Services
Most services (visa appointments, application confirmations, e-Visas, PDF previews, status updates) are delivered via:
- Registered user email
- Visament user dashboard (requires login)
You are advised to check spam folders and maintain updated contact information.
Document Collection and Dispatch
When physical documents need to be picked up or delivered:
- We partner with certified, trackable courier services (DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.).
- Pickup times are scheduled in coordination with the customer.
- Each shipment is documented and monitored until delivery confirmation.
Packaging and Safety
We ensure that your personal documents are:
- Sealed in tamper-proof envelopes.
- Accompanied by a shipping label with tracking ID.
- Handled only by authorized logistic personnel.
Shipping Fees and Coverage
- Costs depend on location, urgency, and document weight.
- Charges are added to your invoice transparently.
- Our courier service network currently covers India, UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Australia, and select additional countries.
Shipping Timeframes
- Delivery timelines range from 1 to 7 business days depending on the country.
- Users are informed in advance of expected pickup and delivery windows.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If a shipment is lost or delayed, our team will coordinate with the courier and issue compensation (if applicable).
- You must report non-receipt of documents within 48 hours of expected delivery.
