Every service we offer includes clear pricing components:

• Professional Service Fee: Covers our team’s efforts in application management, form filling, document review, pre-submission verification, and continuous updates until your case is resolved.
• Government or Embassy Charges: These are official charges imposed by immigration departments, embassies, or consulates. We collect these on your behalf (when applicable) to simplify the process.
• Courier/Logistics Charges (if applicable): For physical collection or delivery of documents, we may use secure courier services. Charges are calculated based on weight, urgency, and location.
• Urgent/Express Service Fee: If you choose a faster-than-standard service, an additional fee applies. Availability may vary depending on the destination country or the government entity involved.

Service-Specific Pricing

Each service on our platform has specific pricing based on complexity, time sensitivity, and government involvement:

• Visa Services: Vary by country, type (tourist, business, emergency), and processing level (standard/express).
• OCI Services: Covers new applications, reissuance due to passport change, lost OCI card, and other categories.
• Passport Services: Includes renewals, duplicate passports, address change updates, and more.

We continually monitor embassy pricing and administrative charges to ensure all costs reflect actual expenses without inflation or markup.

Payment Terms

• Payment is collected at the time of booking your service.
• All transactions are processed using PCI-compliant, industry-standard secure payment gateways.
• Payment receipts are auto-generated and sent to your registered email address.

Currency and Taxes

• We support multi-currency transactions based on user location.
• Taxes such as GST or VAT (if applicable in your country) are transparently displayed and itemized at checkout.

Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Visament periodically launches limited-time offers, loyalty discounts, or promotional coupons. These are:

• Applied only at the time of payment.
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
