There are no travel restrictions for OCI cardholders in India as they are free to travel to India. However, some things are exceptional like the OCI cardholder may require a special permit for participating in some specific activities like research, journalism, or visiting some restricted areas. Also, they need to do their yellow fever vaccination before traveling to India.
