No, there is no expedited, fast, or urgent process for obtaining an OCI card. The OCI card applications are processed in the order they are received. If there is no unfavorable information against the applicant, the OCI card is registered within 30 days. Also, If there is any unfavorable information, the decision to accept or deny the OCI card is taken within 120 days.

For my OCI application, I submitted a passport-size photograph which was clicked within 6 months, and gave my matching signature as the same as in my passport.
