Is There an Age Limit for Applying for an OCI Card?

13 December, 2024 at 6:18 am

No, there is no age limit to apply for an OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card. Anyone can apply for an OCI card including minors if they fulfill the eligibility criteria. However, if the applicant had ever been a citizen of Pakistan or Bangladesh then they cannot apply for an OCI card.
