Can I Use My OCI Card to Enter India if My Passport Has Expired?

Yes, you can use your OCI card to enter Indian even if your passport has expired. However, you also have to carry your old passport with the “U” visa stickler. You can also enter India with your new passport and a valid foreign passport that has a validity of at least six months.
