Yes, you can work in India with an OCI card in many sectors. However, they can’t do jobs in sectors related to government, public office, working in universities, etc.
I have applied for an OCI card for which I have submitted a list of documents for OCI application such as my passport, Marriage certificate, Proof of Indian origin, and an employment letter.
