To apply for an OCI card, you need to register at the online portal. Fill out the application form there, submit the documents in PDF format, print the application form, and submit it to the mission office.
For my OCI application, I have submitted some necessary documents which include a passport, registered marriage certificate (if applicable), Proof of Indian origin, and proof of employment.

After my application is successfully processed my visa has come through the DX courier service to my doorstep, I don’t have to go to the application center to collect my visa.
