Yes, OCI cardholders can apply for Aadhaar cards in India if they fulfill certain requirements. They must have an Indian address and must be at least the age of 18 years old. The cardholder must have stayed in India for at least 182 days in the 12 months immediately before applying for an Aadhaar card.
