What Is a Canadian Spousal Visa Called?

05 December, 2024 at 8:37 am

The Canadian Spousal visa is called a spousal sponsorship visa. It permits a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident to sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal to become a Canadian permanent resident. You can apply online to become a sponsor and your spouse can apply for permanent residence. If not online, request an application in a different format like paper, braille, or large print.
