The Updates Have Been Made to the OCI Document Checklist by the Ministry of External Affairs are: OCI card holders can only reissue their card when they get a new passport after turning 20 years old, must upload a copy of their new passport, and a recent photo online each time, have to attach valid address proof, Employment details, Proof of Indian origin, Marriage certificate, and a photograph.
