A conditional green card is a Non-renewable green card by which you can live and work in the United States under some conditions for 2 years. For removal of those conditions and to get permanent residency in the United States you need to fill out Form I-751 to remove conditions on residence under 90 days of conditional card expiry, after filling out the form you need to pay the application fee to sign the form, and send it to the given address.
