Process time for an immigration application in the UK depends on the type of application which is: for Non-settlement visa applications it can take up to 3-12 weeks, for Settlement visa applications processing time can take up to 12-24 weeks, Applications for leave to remain can take about 8 weeks, Applications for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) can take up to 6 months, Work visas can take 8 weeks to process and In-country spouse visa applications can take up to 8 weeks for processing of an immigration application.
